Bean Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. bean sprout seeds
Preparation
    Put seeds in 1-quart jar.
    Cover with cheesecloth and jar ring.
    Cover with 2 cups water and soak 8 hours.
    Drain water from jar.
    Fill with fresh water and drain once again.
    Sit jar on side on counter, away from direct sunlight.
    Repeat rinsing and draining 2 to 3 times a day for 2 to 5 days until sprouts are 1/4-inch long.
    When ready to harvest, place jar in sun for several hours to increase chlorophyll.
    Rinse and drain well.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
