    1 lb. mild or hot sausage
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Have sausage at room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients and form balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until browned, turning during baking time.
