Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (reserve 3 Tbsp. liquid)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix pineapple and cheese in bowl.
Mix flour and sugar. Combine two mixtures and place in casserole.
Cover with cracker crumbs and pour melted margarine or butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (uncovered).
Can be frozen.
Serve hot or cold.
