Cayenne Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 garlic buds, minced or garlic powder
    1 c. pecans, minced
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Shape into large roll or divide and make 2 rolls. Roll cheese roll in chili powder until coated well. Serve as spread on cracker of choice.
    Particularly good with Ritz or Town House crackers.
