Wine Marinated Venison Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison steaks
    1 lb. brown sugar
    Port or Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Put the brown sugar between the steaks in a crock.
    Add wine to cover the steaks and allow to stand for 24 hours.
    The meat may now be cooked in any manner, i.e. broiled, etc.
