Grapefruit And Port Wine Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Port wine
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    3 (6 oz.) cans frozen grapefruit juice, thawed (undiluted)
Preparation
    In a large heavy pan, mix wine and sugar.
    Bring to a full boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; add Certo and grapefruit juice.
    Fill jars and seal.
    Makes 9 half pints.
