Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. oats, uncooked
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. hamburger, frozen
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1 or 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's no salt tomato sauce
    about 1 can water
Preparation
    Place\tfrozen\t(or
    unfrozen)\thamburger
    in
    nonstick skillet sprayed with Pam.
    Cover and place over very low heat. In about
    ten\tminutes,
    turn the meat over and sprinkle both sides liberally
    with
    Mrs.
    Dash.
    Cooking
    time
    depends on whether it was frozen or not.
    When frozen meat thaws, cut it (with
    a spatula) into 4 pieces to hasten cooking.
    When it is done,
    drain thoroughly
    and
    add the tomato sauce and water. You may also add more Mrs.
    Dash at this time.
    Serves 4.
