Perfect Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    3 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add yeast in big bowl; add water.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Add warm milk, sugar and salt; stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
    Add oil, then add flour and mix until flour is taken up.
    Put on well floured board and sprinkle top with flour and let it set for 10 minutes.
    Knead until springy.
    Put in oiled bowl; oil top of dough.
    Cover and rise for 1 hour.
    Punch down dough on floured board.
    Pull off roll size bits of dough.
    Shape into rolls and put on cooking sheet.
    Oil tops of rolls and let rise 45 minutes.
    Cook in 425\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes about 35 rolls.
    You can half this recipe by using 2 packages of yeast and 1/3 cup water, then half everything remaining.
