Jalapeno-Green Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 c. ripe tomatoes, cut up
    4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped sweet pepper
    1 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 c. chopped green chili pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for at least 1 hour.
    Pour into jars and seal. If you want to pressure this sauce, get it to boiling and cook for a few minutes.
    Pour into jars and pressure for 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
