Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie crust
    3/4 lb. fresh asparagus or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. light cream or milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    On lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to a 12-inch circle.
    Line a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish with the pastry. Trim to 1/2-inch beyond edge.
    Flute edges, line shell and fill with dry beans.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Remove foil and beans.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
