Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
1 large box instant pudding (vanilla)
1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
Preparation

Mix pudding according to package.
Add whipped cream to pudding and mix.
Lay two crackers on cookie sheet close together. Layer pudding mix over the crackers.
Top with crackers and freeze until firm.
When frozen, break into sandwich. Put in container.
Serve as ice cream sandwiches.
