Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 peeled apples, sliced thin
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix together eggs and oil.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; mix together.
Add apples and nuts. (Batter will be thick.)
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
