Graham Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, sugar, baking powder, salt and nuts. Set aside. Beat eggs. Add milk, shortening and rind. Blend into crumbs mixture. Pour into a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
