Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak
1 package lipton onion soup
1 1/2 cups water
4 or 5 potatoes
carrots
1 thinly sliced bell pepper
1 thinly sliced onion
1 can cream celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Roll the steak in flour and fry good and brown. Drain grease. Put lipton soup mix with water and pour over meat. Let simmer 45 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, bell pepper and soup. Simmer for another hour or until vegetables are done. This cooks well in a large electric skillet.
