Spinach Milano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. melted butter
6 eggs, beaten
8 slices American cheese, cubed
2 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach, drain.
Gradually add flour to butter.
Blend well until smooth.
Add to spinach with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Spoon into lightly greased casserole (3 quart).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or a little longer if needed.
