Lo-Fat Polynesian Sandwich(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 half bagel or round roll
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1 oz. sliced ham or turkey ham
    1 pineapple ring
    1 oz. cheese (lo-fat American, Swiss or favorite)
Preparation
    Spread bagel or roll with butter.
    Top with ham and pineapple. Broil briefly to heat.
    Add cheese and broil until cheese melts. This is very popular
    with teenagers! Yield: 1 serving.
