Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bulgar wheat
    4 fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. fresh mint, finely chopped
    1 c. parsley, finely chopped
    1 c. chopped scallions or onions
    1/3 c. lemon juice or less to taste
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper (as desired)
Preparation
    Soak the bulgar wheat in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain well.
    Put bulgar wheat in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, mint, parsley and scallions or onions.
    Pour the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper over.
    Toss lightly.
    Allow to marinate before serving.
