Tex-Mex Taster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados, peeled and mashed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bunch green onions
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. jar picante sauce
    2 ripe tomatoes, diced
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, diced
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix avocados and lemon juice.
    Layer avocados, sour cream, picante sauce, veggies and cheese.
    Chill.
