Toasted Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe soup mix
    2 lb. red skinned potatoes
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Rinse and brush potatoes.
    Cut into large chunks.
    Place soup mix and potatoes and oil in large plastic bag.
    Empty potato mixture onto nonstick cookie sheet.
    Bake, stirring and turning occasionally to brown completely, for 40 minutes or until brown and tender, at 450\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
