Apple Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. corn oil
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw Golden Delicious apples, chopped
1/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Beat well. Fill greased muffin pan or cupcake liners 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Put powdered sugar icing on top if desired.
