Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into greased pan (Dutch oven or 11 3/4-inch skillet).
    Bake for 1 hour or until firm and brown; bake muffins at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
