Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place onions and potatoes in buttered baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Pour over potatoes and onions.
    Place chips of butter on top (about 3 tablespoons).
    Cover and bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and let brown slightly.
