Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, fried and drained (scrambled)
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
-
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Line pie shells with half of cheese.
Top with sausage.
Pour mixed ingredients over sausage.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
