Pepsi Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 box sugar-free lemon jello
1 box sugar-free cherry jello
1 can cherries, packed in water
1 (12 oz.) can diet Pepsi
Preparation

Bring pineapple to a boil; add jellos until dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir well.
Add cherries and Diet Pepsi.
Pour into an 8-inch dish and refrigerate until jelled.
Makes 8 servings. Each serving equals 1 fruit plus 8 calories.
