Bacon Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frozen pie crust
6 slices bacon
3 beaten eggs
evaporated milk
Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation

Cook bacon.
Mix eggs and milk together.
Add cheese, onion and bacon.
Flute pie crust and line with a layer of foil.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes until pie crust is done.
Reduce oven to 325\u00b0. Pour egg mixture into hot pie crust.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Great with salad.
