Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. black-eyed peas, cooked
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    hot pepper to taste
    2 medium onions, sliced into rings
    1/2 c. catsup
    4 to 5 sausage patties
Preparation
    In casserole, combine peas, tomato sauce, mustard, bell pepper, salt, black pepper and hot red pepper. Add sliced onions to top. Spread with catsup and then top with sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until sausage is brown.
