Golden Onion Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 envelope golden onion soup mix
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix soup mix and bread crumbs together.
Dip pork chops into beaten egg, then roll into onion/bread crumb mixture.
Place pork chops in a casserole dish and put pats of butter all around.
Cover and let cook for about 35 minutes.
Uncover and turn pork chops over and let cook, uncovered, for another 25 minutes or until golden brown or crispy.
