Skinless Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium carrots
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken
    1 c. cooking wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken breasts and simmer until done.
    Add other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Very good eaten over rice or noodles.
