Hidden Valley Ranch Pizzaettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, crumbled sausage, drained (1 lb.)
    1 pkg. wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. prepared Hidden Valley original salad dressing mix
    1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blot sausage dry on paper towels. Combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red peppers. Grease mini muffin pans.
    Press in wonton or egg roll wrappers. Brush with oil.
    Bake 5 minutes until golden brown.
    Remove from pans.
    Place on baking sheets.
    Fill with cheese dressing sausage mix.
    Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
    Makes 5 dozen.
    Delicious.
