Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
raw pastry shell
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and margarine.
Add eggs. Beat smooth.
Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pastry lined pan.
Top with pastry cut in fancy shapes.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes more.
