Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
    Add beaten eggs. Fold in shredded zucchini.
    Fry like small pancakes in hot oil or butter.
