English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    3 c. unbleached white flour
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation
    In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add salt, honey, oil and flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    On floured surface roll out dough and cut into 3 1/2-inch circles.
    Sprinkle cornmeal on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Place the muffins on the sheet and sprinkle with remaining cornmeal.
    Cover and let rise in warm spot for about 1 hour.
    Heat a griddle.
    Transfer muffins onto griddle and cook over the burner for about 7 minutes on each side.
    Keep flame low so the muffins don't scorch.
