Crunch-Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    3 or 4 large baking potatoes, pared and cut in 1/2-inch slices
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in jelly roll pan in moderate oven (375\u00b0).
    Add single layer of potatoes.
    Turn once in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake 1/2 hour or until done and tops are crisp.
    Serve hot.
