Mostaccioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mostaccioli noodles
1/2 lb. real butter
1 qt. whole milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Romano cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
In a large bowl mix milk and whipping cream.
Take out 1 cup and set aside.
Put macaroni in pot with 1 1/2 sticks butter and milk mixture.
Cook on low heat, stirring for 1/2 hour.
When real thick put in buttered 9 x 11-inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle bottom of dish with Romano cheese.
Pour.
Set aside liquid over macaroni and sprinkle top with Romano cheese.
Melt 1/2 stick butter and drizzle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
