Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 - slices bread
butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. diced Smokey Hollow Ham
6 oz. shredded cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
Preparation

Remove crust from bread; spread bread slices with butter on each side.
Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and set aside.
Spread ham over bread slices; sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs and half and half;
mix well and pour over cheese. Cover casserole and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 325 - 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Yield 8 servings.
