Parmesan Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. white cooking wine
    1 small lemon, cut in wedges
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs with grated cheese in shallow pan. Combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice and wine. Mix well.
    Coat chicken with mixture, then roll in crumbs.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Add lemon wedges.
    Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
