Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 medium potatoes
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 to 1 1/2 c. cut or cubed ham
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/2 can milk
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Mix all together in a casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
When potatoes are tender, sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese on top (depending on size of casserole and how much cheese you like).
May use less.
Return casserole to oven until cheese starts to melt.
Serve with warm buns and a green salad or coleslaw.
