24 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaky coconut

Bake in three 8 or 9-inch layer pans at 350\u00b0.
