Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked chicken
    1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 3/4 c. diced celery
    1/8 c. chopped pimento
    1 1/4 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds into a large 10 x 15 x 2 baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, spread the cheese and almonds on the top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
