Wasabi Salad Dressing(Seasons 4 Small Salads) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. wasabi paste (available at the commissary)
    3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar (available at the commissary)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl.
    Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Add sesame oil and wasabi paste and whisk well.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    This dressing is suitable for green salad; adjust the amounts of wasabi and sugar depending on your preference.
