Roast Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork tenderloin roast
    1 c. golden sherry
    8 pitted prunes or dried apricots
    4 peeled cloves garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut a pocket lengthwise in meat. Stuff with garlic and fruit. If necessary tie together. Place in baking dish. Pour sherry over meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
