Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 chicken breasts
4 eggs
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
margarine
1 can chicken broth
2 small cans mushrooms (pieces work nicely)
12 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Beat eggs and soak chicken pieces in eggs for 8 hours or overnight.
Bread chicken pieces in crumbs.
Brown quickly in margarine that has been melted in skillet.
Place in large casserole.
Add the chicken broth and drained mushrooms that have been heated together.
Top with cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
