Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Grease bottom of deep dish (9-inch) pie plate.
    Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, 1/3 cup sugar, nutmeg, butter, egg and milk.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Arrange peach slices over mixture, keeping 1/4-inch from edge.
    Mix vanilla, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved juice.
    Spread over peaches, keeping from edge.
    Combine cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes until crust is browned.
