Meat Loaf With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine and
    soak
    crumbs
    and tomato juice.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Grease large loaf pan and fill with meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve with tasty sauce.
