Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender.
    Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle first with raisins and the 2/3 cup of coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cool.
    Garnish with remaining coconut.
