Beef Junk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 steaks, thin sliced (sirloin, New York strip, etc.)
    1 large onion
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steaks into 2 to 3-inch strips.
    Brown in covered skillet until done.
    Add onion, chopped.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add garlic salt and lemon pepper.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add all gravy mix as directed on package.
    Let simmer about 10 minutes. Mix flour and water until paste is made and add to mix to thicken gravy.
    Simmer to desired consistency.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
