Lakeway Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, minced
1/4 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1/3 c. mayonnaise (low-fat)
2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts, drained (reserve marinade)
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

Artichokes, rice and chicken combine to make a great luncheon salad.
