Fresh Green Beans With Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans, washed and pared
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. liquid from beans
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Cook beans for 10 to 12 minutes in salted water.
    Remove 1 cup water when cooked.
    Heat butter in saucepan.
    Add onion; cook 3 minutes.
    Add vinegar and sugar; cook 1 minute.
    Add reserved liquid.
    Season with salt and pepper; cook 7 minutes.
    Remove pan from heat.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Add beans; mix gently and let simmer 3 minutes.
