Pecan Bourbon Pie(An Old Kentucky Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 Tbsp. bourbon whiskey
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add all other ingredients and mix well. Line pie pan with plain pastry.
(I bake crust 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 before adding filling.)
Pour filling into crust and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until filling just sets.
Do not overbake. Chill and serve.
