Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. scallops
    1/4 lb. deveined shrimp
    1/4 lb. imitation crab meat
    1 or 2 medium onions
    butter or margarine (about a stick)
    1 c. rice, cook as directed
Preparation
    Combine scallops, shrimp and crabmeat.
    Cut up onions in a frying pan and saute in butter or margarine.
    Add scallops, shrimp and crabmeat.
    Be careful not to overcook.
    When done, add to boiled rice.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    If desired, soy sauce can be added.
